Crowsfoot

A tough, tufted annual grass that invades lawns, especially in warm climates. It features broad, flat leaves and distinctive seed heads resembling a bird’s foot. Crowsfoot weed can quickly spread and form dense patches. Timely application of selective herbicides help control this weed.

A prodiamine pre-emergent such as Spartan or Barricade stops crowsfoot germinating, giving season-long prevention when applied before the warm months.
