Purchase of Products and Returns Policy


At Lawn Tips, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please read our policy below for details on purchases and returns.


1. Purchases


Purchase Price: By using the Purchase Services to buy our products through the Website, you agree to pay the listed purchase price for the product (the ‘Purchase Price’).

Payment Method: Payment can be made through PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay (the ‘Payment Gateway Provider’). By using the Purchase Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, and other legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers.

Receipt Confirmation: Once your payment is confirmed by Lawn Tips, you will receive a receipt to confirm the payment. We may also record your purchase details for future reference.


2. Returns and Refunds


Refund Eligibility: Lawn Tips may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of products within 30 days of purchase, provided that the product packaging is unopened and the item remains in saleable condition. You are responsible for any postage and shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: Gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable.

Return Process: Please contact us at orders@lawntips.net to initiate a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


3. Warranty


Australian Consumer Law Guarantees: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty Period: You may claim for material defects and workmanship within 1 month from the date of purchase (the ‘Warranty Period’).

Making a Warranty Claim: To make a claim, provide proof of purchase showing the date of purchase, a description of the product, and the price paid. Send this information to orders@lawntips.net

Warranty Resolution: If your claim is accepted, Lawn Tips will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective products or parts at no charge for parts or labor. You are responsible for any postage or shipping costs incurred in facilitating the claim.

Exclusive Warranty: This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty granted by Lawn Tips. It is the sole remedy available to you in addition to other rights and under the law concerning the products to which this warranty relates.

Implied Warranties: All implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for use, are limited to the Warranty Period.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage to plants or lawns due to improper use or failure to follow label directions. It also does not apply to products that have been damaged, defaced, misused, or altered.
