The shipping fees we charge do not cover the entire cost we incur. We absorb a portion of the shipping expenses to keep your costs as low as possible. This means that the shipping fees you see are lower than what we pay to the shipping companies.

We do not inflate our product prices to cover shipping costs. The price you see for each product is solely for that product. We separate shipping costs to give you a clear understanding of where your money is going.

Online tracking and delivery notifications for the recipient are sent once a shipping carrier has been coordinated to pick up your delivery from our warehouse. We dispatch the order from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order – if for any reason you order will be delayed we will contact you. Couriers will deliver your item within 2-12 days of dispatch.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes – Street addresses and contact phone numbers will be required for all deliveries.
