The blend I use on my golf green surrounds
A custom mix of premium fine-textured perennial ryegrasses I chose for my own golf green surrounds, available exclusively through Lawn Tips. Ideal for a new cool-season lawn or oversowing for winter colour.
- Premium ryegrasses picked for density and deep dark green colour
- Fine texture with a low, clean cut
- High endophyte for insect, fungal and stress resistance
- 10kg bag covers 200 to 333m² at the sowing rate
From seed to lawn in three steps
Rake and level the area down to bare, weed-free soil, or mow low and scarify if you are oversowing.
Spread at 3 to 5kg per 100m², then lightly rake in and roll or firm down.
Keep the surface moist with light daily watering until the lawn is established.
